Returned safely home to France and wanted to thank everyone at Winford Manor for making our short stay so enjoyable. A beautiful tranquil environment, friendly, well-trained, caring staff; a clean and spacious room with good facilities and a delicious meal in your new restaurant all made for a relaxing evening. (Your catering efforts for our small sons were much appreciated, as was the chef's home-made tomato sauce! Well done!) The continental breakfast made up for a 3.30a.m. wake-up call and 4.30a.m. departure for the airport with a very efficient, polite and helpful young man to take us and our bags to the drop-off at Bristol International. We found this hotel on the internet and hadn't reaaly read up many reviews beforehand. We were not disappointed, what a lovely setting it was. On our arrival we had a very friendly and warm welcome and shown personally to our room. We booked a table in the newly opened restaurant and were so pleased we did, the food was lovely, fresh and home cooked, the staff were friendly. We had a very early departure the next day and were surprised and impressed to find a continental breakfast waiting for us with hot coffee and warm croissants. On returning to the airport, we were picked up promptly and our car was waiting for us right outside the door. What a lovely experience, we will be back in July!

We used the Parking for Bristol Airport and parked our car at Winford Manor whilst away and had the best service ever. We were dropped at the airport by a charming lady driver and collected promptly on our return by an equally charming chap. Our car was waiting for us on our return. All in all - an excellent first experience.

We would like to say many thanks to you Tracey and your staff for making our celebration such a memorable event. Your help, suggestions and attention to detail in the preparation gave us every confidence that the day would be wonderful. The standard of service was imprccable, the buffet superb - our compliments to the chef. The whole evening flowed smoothly and seamlessly.

The rooms are first class and the function room the perfect setting for our party, where our guests could either enjoy the music and dancing or talk more privately in the adjoining conservatory. The Manor is a lovely location. We are wondering what to celebrate next for a return visit!

"We stayed both sides of our holiday away and we were knocked out by the hospitality we received. We had a sick child and were about to travel abroad and Simeon, your lovely chef, offered to drive to Bristol to get some extra medicine for us. We can't thank him enough for the peace of mind this gave us on holiday. All your staff are warm and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food Simeon prepared for us was tasty, fresh, pleantiful and imaginative for vegetarian food.

You not only provided him with a room, you picked him up from the airport and took him back to catch the flight the next day - thank you. "We found Winford Manor the perfect place to stay overnight before flying from Bristol Airport. In fact we think it is the perfect place to stay for anyone wanting to stay in the Bristol area for one night or however long. The accommodation was first class, and the staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and the setting of the Manor is idyllic, away from any traffic. We were taken to and from the airport in your vehicle and left our car with you for the week. All this for a very reasonable fee.
