Conference Facilities at Winford Manor

As Winford Manor is set in 7 acres of parkland with far reaching views across the Chew Valley, it offers a peaceful and distraction free environment for meetings, sales forums, conferences, exhibitions, training events, award ceremonies, auctions, business breakfasts or lunches.

Winford Manor has various conference rooms ranging in capacity, from the Drawing Room with it traditional boardroom feel, seating 14 delegates to the purpose built Chew Valley Conference Centre, set within the grounds for larger groups. All rooms are equipped with complimentary broadband access and natural light.

The Drawing room is in a quiet location on the first floor of the original Manor House. The room can accommodate up to 25 delegates theatre style, or 18 boardroom style.

The Study overlooks the beautiful garden and can accommodate up to 20 delegates theatre style or a maximum of 12 boardroom style.

The Chew Valley Conference Centre is set away from the main hotel in the grounds of Winford Manor. With its two function rooms and 3 break out rooms, it is an ideal self contained unit, just perfect for corporate training events. The Lulsgate Room will hold 50 delegates boardroom or classroom style or up to 80 delegate’s theatre style.

Corporate Buffet Menus

At Winford Manor, we understand that it is difficult to design a menu that will be favourable for all groups. We have therefore designed a range of options available for a Buffet but have left the selection to you, as you will know far more about the guests you are feeding than us!  Simply choose a price range to work from and then select your specific choices from the menu options. If you cannot find anything that appeals to your taste buds, or you wish to request a specific dish, please do not hesitate to ask.

Executive Transportation

For our overnight delegates, we offer a free transfer service to and from Bristol International Airport. Should any day delegates require transfer, we can offer this service at very reasonable rates by prior arrangement.

Private Dining

As well as out snack menu, we have a private dining menu available for groups of 8 delegates and over. For private dining at Winford Manor, we offer a modern experience. All the items on the private dining menu will be served to your table, gently evolving from one course to the next. Private Dining must be booked at least three days in advance, at which time any variations to the menu can be arranged.
