Head Chef wins Bristol Chef Vs Chef Competition
Wednesday, March 3, 2010Winford Manor's Head Chef, Matt Woods won the over 23's Bristol Chef Vs Chef competition held last week, organised by Bristol City College.
Matt charmed the taste buds of the judges with his roast loin of hare witha braised leg and a spiced apple sauce for main course and his fabulous Lemon Tart for dessert.
We are all extremely proud of Matt but not at all suprised that he won. He wins our customers over on every visit with his simple but delicious menu.
