Cancellation Policy

 

FORTY-EIGHT HOURS

 

Should you need to cancel your reservation we require written confirmation (letter, fax or e-mail) by 2 p.m. 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. Failure to do so will result in the full price of the stay being charged to your credit card.

Cancellations made within forty-eight hours of arrival date, will incur full charges unless the accommodation can be re-let. However, if we are able to re- let the room we will only charge for any shortfall.

 

NO SHOW

If you fail to check into the hotel and you have not cancelled your booking, a ‘no-show’ charge equal to the full cost of the booking will be taken from your card.

 

BLOCK BOOKINGS

To reserve five or more rooms, a non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Cancellation within twenty-one days of the arrival date will incur full charges.
